This stunning unit ticks all the boxes! There is a feeling of spaciousness as soon as you step out of the lift and enter this attractive 4th floor, 3 bedroom unit

The breathtaking, panoramic ocean views will greet you upon entry. The ocean and streetscape views stretch from the headland of Kings Beach to the Passage and the Glasshouse Mountains and can be seen from the lounge, 2 of the bedrooms and 2 balconies.

Enjoy comfortable furnishings and modern appliances including Free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, two LCD digital T.V's in the lounge and main bedroom, air conditioning, and much more. Comfortably sleeping your family of 6, with plenty of room to go around, this unit offers 3 large bedrooms consisting of 2 x queen beds and 2 x king singles, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony off the main bedroom, as well as a huge balcony off the ample size, open plan living area. There are plenty of windows to allow the natural light and summer breezes to enter the unit.

The complex features security entrance with intercom, key operated lift and security undercover parking. The pool area is surrounded with outdoor furnishings and tropical landscaping and has a heated spa.

Outlook Caloundra is an easy walk into the main street of Caloundra with its array of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes and also an easy walk to the local IGA supermarket. Kings Beach is a short walk away through the access point at the eastern side of the building.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Nice place. Needs some maintenance

The apartment was located in a good area. Close to beach and cafes. The apartment needs some maintenance done with broken blinds in loungeroom so the sun is super bright in the mornings, the bathroom drains have a pretty gross smell coming out of them. There is a split system in the main bedroom and loungeroom right near the back door but that's it. So the two bedrooms at the back we over 30° even though there was a ceiling fan it didn't help. Other than those things it was a nice get away with the family.

Ample space, very relaxing

This property has great views and plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. Close to the main street and shops, overall very clean and nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
