  • Situated in the sought-after holiday destination of Kings Beach, Caloundra, this unit boasts spectacular ocean views over the Pumicestone Passage, Happy Valley and the shipping lanes — the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak in the coastal scenery.

    Take a stroll along the scenic boardwalk leading either towards the heart of Kings Beach, to the free child-friendly water fountain, rock pools and a great selection of cafes and restaurants, or head the other direction to Bulcock Beach and the Caloundra CBD, where you’ll find calm swimming waters, boutique shopping and local dining.

    This comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom unit is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. The main bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, with the second bedroom offers two single beds. Perfect for families or friends holidaying together.

    Pandanus Shores unit 9 features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home and enjoying dinner on the balcony with the ocean breeze. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living area for year-round comfort.

    The complex also offers a lift, secure parking, swimming pool and BBQ area for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

    Linen is included for all bookings. Please note that beds are not made.

Great Location

Fantastic location, comfortable furniture, really clean (new, just renovated perhaps?) bathrooms. Some fittings have been a little affected by the sea air but that's to be expected give it's position. The unit probably needs a 'deep clean' after summer holidays (a little dust, sand etc.) but absolutely nothing to put us off coming back next year! Thanks for the great stay

Great location and views but no aircon working, bedrooms very hot and was unable to access the dishwasher as the door doesn’t open fully. Also, lift maintenance was organised between 9-10am, right on check out time.

The location was exactly what we wanted, at a price we were prepared to pay. Yes, the apartment has some quirks.

Filthy we had to clean eveything even the jug.

Main bed broken,smell of turps & paint,sliding doors rusted hard to open,Foxtel Austar did not work & no directions. Signage requesting not to leave A/C if not present. Should focus on presentation & maintenance.

Great Location Views, but

Recent stay at this unit was quite pleasant, though I have to say the unit needed a good clean and d clustering. Everything you need for all ages is available and the views are fantastic. Instructions on how to use Austar and DVD player would have been appreciated. Unit 4 and 6 preferable.
