Summary:
What a view! This spacious 7th floor unit with lift access is situated directly across a quiet street from the calm, picturesque waters of Golden Beach.
The Space:
The panoramic views stretch across the Pumicestone Passage to Bulcock Beach, encompassing Bribie Island and the shipping lanes beyond. The views can be enjoyed from the large front balcony and living areas of the unit.
There is plenty of room to accommodate your family of 6 in the 3 bedrooms, with modern, comfortable furnishings, 3 TVs, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies, the main looking over the water, as well as the balcony in the main bedroom and the rear balcony off 3rd bed overlooking the pool area towards the Glasshouse Mountains.
The bedding configuration is a Queen bed, Double and two singles. Other inclusions are a dishwasher and 2 car spaces with 2 metre clearance - There is room for a 4WD and another standard sized car or boat (no larger than a dinghy). Please note that if your boat has a canopy, it will not fit*
The complex features good security, key operated lift and landscaped grounds with seating around the heated pool and shared BBQ area.
There are ceiling fans throughout and security screens on the lounge and bedroom windows. Please note that this property Does NOT have air conditioning,.
The Golden Beach Village shops are only 50 metres away and the main street of Caloundra, Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach are only a few minutes drive away.
If you have a boat you would like to bring which is larger than a dinghy, please contact us as we may be able to assist.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.
