Warmed by natural sunshine in winter, cooled by fresh sea breezes in summer and with absolute river frontage, this modern Noosaville apartment is the kind of place that draws you back to stay time and time again.
The Space:
Part of a boutique complex, the large two-bedroom retreat is the ideal host for guests, offering an oasis of calm against a dazzling natural backdrop. With a prime position close to the area’s best attractions – but far enough away to escape their hustle and bustle – it’s about serenity found in the most sophisticated of surrounds.
The apartment has recently been renovated, with refreshed interiors throughout the property.
Professionally decorated by Coco Republic and MCM House, the ground-level apartment brings a rustic ambience to its interiors with a palette anchored in soft whites and creams, warming timbers and earthy tones. The striking use of natural textures, bold artworks, signature accents and eye-catching lighting creates a cohesive sense of luxury and sophistication.
In the bedrooms, stylish white timber shutters help evoke the feel of the Hamptons, drawing in beautiful natural light to promote quiet moments within the go-go-go of a holiday. This creates the ideal private haven for moments of rest and reinvigoration.
In the heart of the apartment, the spacious lifestyle hub turns the focus to the joys of togetherness, anchored by a spacious kitchen that’s ideally set up for creative home chefs. It includes a Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings, and offers easy access to serve meals to the bench seats or adjacent dining space.
More options for eating include the chic and comfortable lounge space, complete with Sonos Ultra and Bose soundbars for an enhanced entertainment experience, or the private alfresco terrace, which is accessed through sliding glass doors and opens up uninterrupted views across the Noosa River.
Thoughtfully designed for privacy, this space is all about enjoying the great outdoors in whatever way you desire. A sun lounger is the perfect spot to settle down with a book in hand, while the table and chairs lend themselves to morning coffee, late-night champagne or a freshly grilled feast straight from the alfresco barbecue. A partially shaded lounge is as comfy as they come – and the perfect spot to watch the emerald waters of the river ebb and flow by.
Elsewhere, the complex boasts a green slice of lawn ideal for kicking a ball around, a communal pool and a private jetty that’s a springboard to adventures on the water. Or, visitors can stay on dry land and head off on two feet to explore the Noosa River precinct and surrounds. The property also features a secure lock-up garage with remote access for your convenience.
In one direction a short stroll away lie the retailers and restaurants of friendly Gympie Terrace, where the seafood is fresh and the atmosphere friendly. In the other direction, the delights of the area’s central tourist hub soon come into view, from the cosmopolitan vibe, boutiques, shopping and fine dining of Hastings St through to the glorious waters of Noosa Main Beach and the lush eco canopy of Noosa National Park.
This is a self contained property. Linen and bath and beach towels are provided and a washing machine and dryer is available for your convenience.
We provide basic essentials to get you started which includes tea, coffee, serviettes, salt and pepper grinders, dishwashing and laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning spray, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body and hand wash and toilet paper.
