Having been recently refurbished, the unit offers a modern interior with comfortable furnishings, accommodating a family of 6.

Within a short walk you will find the Kings Beach boardwalk boasting breathtaking views, the coastal pathway, spacious parklands perfect for a picnic, children's playground, free-use BBQ's, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Caloundra cinema & much more. Happy Valley is only a 3 minute walk away and is well known for it's crystal clear waters throughout most of the year and a great spot for surfers and paddle boarders as well as swimming and relaxing on the beach.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay, and minimum booking nights may apply.

Parking
Single lock up garage, not suitable for larger vehicles. There is however a space directly in front of the garage which you can park in if required.
