「It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree...

「Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.」
