The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for vacation cooking, and the home features multiple TVs, Wi-Fi, and two separate sitting areas for added space and flexibility. Two master suites, each with a private bath, provide comfort and privacy for guests, while the elevator offers convenient access to all floors.

Outdoor features include a screened porch and a new three-burner gas grill, ideal for easy outdoor meals. Guests also enjoy access to an oceanfront pool and cabana, as well as the Intracoastal Waterway marina, all located just a short walk away within the Winding River Community on the island.
