On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a small sitting area to relax. Upstairs, you can enjoy the kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bathroom for convenience. There is seating for 10 at the large dining table and 4 more at the kitchen bar. You'll find an additional ice maker in the kitchen for convenience, as well as a small drink refrigerator in the storage room. The primary bedroom is also upstairs with a private bathroom, walk-in shower, and access to the upstairs poolside deck. All TVs in the home are smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows and an HD antenna for local channels. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (12) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
