Jolly R lV great location and pool

We enjoyed our stay at the Jolly Roger lV. The main issue we had was that the bed pillows were kind of smelly. The air filters need to Be changed and the vents are very dirty.. The refrigerator ice and water dispenser were full of mold and mildew. Other than that it was good pretty clean and great decks. The pool was great and beach access great.

Nice big pool, Location to beach was great. I have nothing more to say good about the property

This house needs a lot of work and upgrades. multiple appliances did not work, TV's were an absolute wreck!!! Doors were very hard to use(outside), Kitchen was not stacked as advertised. Pool area and furniture needs a lot of work. Deck furniture was a Dollar General quality at best. We have rented over 20 houses as a family and this is hands down the worst. We made it work, because that is what we do, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great beach experience

The set up is great. Love the inverted floor plan, and that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Loved that the beach access is just a few steps from the house. The only suggestion for improvement would be to update the TVs. Especially if traveling with kids, you would want to be able to sign in to streaming apps or to hook up a gaming system.
