  • Sandy Toes is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach home featuring an inverted floor plan and stunning ocean and waterway views from the top deck. Just 100 yards from the home, enjoy close private beach access via the walkway at the end of the street, located between 1071 & 1073 OBW.

    Relax on the screened porch or covered decks, grill up your favorite meals on the charcoal grill, or gather inside the living area featuring a 50-inch flat-screen TV. Each bedroom also includes its own TV for added convenience. After a day in the sand and surf, rinse off in the large outside shower—perfect for those “Sandy Toes”!

    Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

    An elevator makes access to each floor easy and convenient. (Elevator is for convenience only and is not a guaranteed amenity)

Overall, our stay was excellent. We loved the house and the location. The elevator made it so easy to move our stuff in and out. The living area was very comfortable and was great for our family to hang out. The outdoor shower was wonderful. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Thank you for a great week!Our only suggestions would be a gas grill and chairs to sit in while grilling.

Great fit for our family

We had a wonderful time and this house fit us wonderfully. The house is a quick three minute walk from the beach! Elevator was a must have for our handicapped father and it made moving in and out impossibly easy! The kitchen is pretty well equipped but would recommend bringing your own knives as the ones supplied could not cut a cucumber. Everything was spectacular and we definitely hope to be back very soon!!
