Welcome to Shore Thing, the ultimate beach retreat in Holden Beach! This luxurious and spacious home boasts 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, offering ample room for your group to spread out and relax.

Arrive with ease and take advantage of covered parking with lighting for up to 6 cars. Inside, discover a host of modern amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

The first floor is perfect for fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, wet bar, and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the second floor offers a large open living area and a second wet bar, making it ideal for gathering together. This home is also handicap-friendly, with a spacious layout and a convenient elevator.

There is a queen pull out sleep sofa located in the den - the den area includes a half bath

Second Floor:

Room 5: King with full bath

Room 6: King with full bath

Room 7: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds

On each floor there is a king bedroom whose bathroom has two doors. One leading to the bedroom and one leading to the hallway. Guests have the choice of locking the 2nd door to make it a private bathroom or leaving it unlocked to make it accessible to all. (Room 1 and Room 5)


BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Blvd W, approximately a 1 minute walk!

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
