I thought long and hard about sending a review at all but a friend convinced me it would be helpful for others to know our experience. VRBO was fantastic.. it was the 3rd party that was an issue. I emailed a few times about possible early check in and no one responded. So I let that go. When we arrived, we bought groceries and put ice cream in the refrigerator freezer. The next morning it was melted and so was the ice. Also the outlet in the bathroom did not work. We contacted the 3rd party. They sent someone. Long story short, because the refrigerator was under warranty they could not fix it so the rest of our stay we could not freeze ice or keep anything in the freezer. The bathroom outlet was an easy fix, the breaker had tripped. The next day, the door lock stopped working and we had to call the 3rd party again. They fixed it but we had to wait again.
