Not happy. We booked this hotel as it was close to the Kao Sok National Park. Our flight to Surat Thani was delayed for 1hour which meant we would miss the check-in time. We tried to get in touch with the hotel hours in advance however nobody bothered to pick up the phone, nor could we find a contact email. As a result we had to book a hotel elsewhere in the main city which meant we also travel 1.5hrs each way before and after the day trip. Paid for a room I didn’t even get to use

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The wifi did not work in the rooms, so you had to go to the pool to get any wifi. The air conditioner was very loud so we couldn't sleep. They have a cabinet full of liquor bottles, but no bar. Im not sure why the bottles are there. For the money spent, it's a fine hotel with lovely staff. They are super friendly.

Gammelt hotel

Det er svært at booke en chauffør via dette hotel og de ønsker, at man overfører penge inden afhentning. Vi kunne dog ikke få det til at fungere. Chaufføren kører virkelig aggressivt med sin telefon i hånden. Han taler ikke engelsk. Han var desværre også den eneste mulighed væk fra hotellet 😅 Grab fungerer ikke. Hotellet ligger langt fra alt og det er en ret trafikeret vej, som vi ikke havde lyst til at gå langs. Der er en restaurant og det meste på kortet var udsolgt. Det var ret primitivt. Området er virkelig smukt og poolen ser fin ud. Værelset var meget gammelt. Sengen er hård som sten, badeværelset mindre lækkert og bestemt ikke lydisoleret ud til gangen. Vi havde en baby med og kunne åbenbart ikke have hende med på nogle ture i området. Vi skulle være der 3 nætter men forlod det allerede efter en nat.

Stunning views tranquil setting highly recommend

Large room, king size bed, great shower. The view from your room is jaw dropping, when the staff open your room door it is the first thing you see is the view. Staff very friendly the restaurant uses fresh ingredients a lot grown on site like the papaya for the famous papya salad. Amazing place I wish I could have stayed longer. Ideal for the boat trip to the Ratchaprapha Dam which the hotel can organise for you.
This view hits you as soon as you open the room door stunning.

Very friendly staff. They are always smiling and willing to help your requests. Laundry service available. With this location you are very close at the Ratchaprapha pier with a 20 minutes car trip.

Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Hier hebben we van genoten. Je komt er echt tot rust. verder is er niks te doen. 7eleven is een half uur lopen. Wij hadden gevraagd aan de Balie medewerkster voor wasservice. Dit hebben ze blijkbaar niet en dit staat wel aangegeven. We zijn we dus een half uur moeten gaan lopen voor onze was te gaan doen. Dit viel ons wel tegen. Verder het restaurant was wel prima. Het is enorm rustig. Wij hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

The great view and pool is nice. Outdoor areas are well maintained, chill out areas are plentiful. On arrival, the hotel looks like a 4 star but once you drive to the back is it looks like the staff quarters. Including the reception. The staff was friendly. The rooms are bigger with high ceiling but very standard with the interior. Visible water damage coming down from the ceiling.

Das gesamte Hote müsste mal wieder renoviert werden, überall ist entweder etwas kaputt oder fehlt etwas. Das wäre Zuviel alles aufzuzählen. Das Hotel ist aber perfekt um Tagesausflüge zu planen in Khao Sok

Staffs are nice upon checking in but the cleanliness of the room is pretty disappointing. The rug was left on the shelf instead of on the floor, we found hair and ants on the bed! When we checked out, nobody was present at the front desk. Never returning again.
