I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to for Surfsand Resort. We loved this place! The views were phenomenal, the check-in was amazing (beers for the adults; cookies and ice cream for the kiddo), the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel we got the most expensive room and it wasn’t even one that was renovated. The person that checked us in was rude and when we asked for another towel she got snippy with us and said do we really need another towel. The bath tub in our room had brown liquid running ...
