「Great hosts!」

「This rental is not as advertised. Only one queen in a BR and a trundle bed in the laundry room. The unit has been ridden hard and put away wet. Filthy furniture. Filthy rental. All of the furniture needs thrown away or at least cushions replaced. The dead bolt was broken and the unit is not secure. The pool is nice and the location is excellent. Unit needs some TLC.」

「Everything was great until we went to leave and the elevator was out and we had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs. That wasn’t fun. But the accommodations and everything else was as expected.」

「I loved the balcony on the ocean front. The pictures make the room appear bigger. It was ok for 2 people. A small strip for a kitchen with no counter space. Im glad I did not have children on this trip due to the limited space.」

「The room was clean and the location was wonderful. However, the no pets, no smoking policies are “on paper only”. We were mostly unable to use the balcony due to neighbors smoking any number of substances. There were dogs barking and scratching all night. When walking around the property to the beach or the pool, most of the people we encountered were actively smoking and had pets on leashes. Our comfort was greatly diminished due to the complete lack of policy enforcement.」
