Location, Location, Location!

What a great place to stay for our winter vacation! We spent one month in this wonderful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had nearly everything we could ever need. iTrip was very responsive and immediately helped us with any questions. Best of all is the fantastic location...a beautiful sandy beach, lovely sunrises, and far away from the crowds! We loved our stay here.

Great value on the beach

Great little place right on the beach. Balcony views were great during our stay. It was a cozy and clean place, and the beds were amazing. My only real suggestion would be better balcony furniture as it wasn't the most comfy or sturdy, but worked fine during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was not well cleaned for our stay.Coffee pods in coffeemaker, sand on counters and dining table, roach on ceiling, lots of visible dust. Burned out light above stove, and master BR door does not shut. Older bldg in need of maintenance. Two spots for parking and no off street parking available close by. Bldg set back on north side so you can’t see sunrise - beach front but obstructed a bit. 32 steps from beach level to the room level. No elevator. Nice storage closet ground level for beach stuff.

Great family beach— stress free

Very nice vacation truly right on the beach. Unit is clean and beach friendly with a ground level storage unit for beach items. Top floor location is quiet but requires a lot of steps since there is no elevator.

Cape Coddages II

Cape Coddages II is our new favorite place for vacationing at the beach, our condo was one of the cleanest condos we have rented in the past 11 years. Every amenity that you can think of was there, Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We liked it so much that we have already booked it for next year. Thanks again for a wonderful trip.

Spring Break 2023

We had a great week staying in this condo in Surfside Beach. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Our only complaints are running out of hot water in the mornings and the lady that smoked on her balcony in the building beside us. The beds all have very firm mattresses but we got used to them. The upstairs king room also has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Very Spacious! A MUST book!!!

This is a fantastic condo! We had two families with 9 in total. Very Clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need! No need to bring anything but a beach towel!!! The view is excellent, and we never heard a neighbor. One dislike is that in the main upstairs bedroom, the light for the pool lights up the front windows at night. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Overall happy!!!

Overall our stay was wonderful. There were a few small quirks that caused some dismay when we first arrived, but nothing big enough for us to not enjoy the home. It is perfectly located just a couple hundred yards from the water and the pool is a wonderful addition to families with children and teens. The owners were very attentive in addressing problems that we had and cleared them up quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home, and we would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful week with amazing weather

We enjoyed our stay! Clean and spacious. A few things that we think are important to fix: the porch chairs are very unstable and dangerous the porch is in a slight angle so they felt very unsafe to sit on due to being high chairs. The pool chairs are also broken and could use a few new ones the current ones are cracked or broken and not enough for the amount of other condos.

Beautiful property that was clean and exactly what we wanted. Plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms.

Overall a great experience and what we were looking for with our seven family members who were with us. The only disappointment was the inability to access the pool as the kids were disappointed not to be able to use on a windy day for lounging/suntanning. Understand if April 1st is the go live date, but going the extra mile to provide options would have been nice. No worries as it was a great week at a beautiful rental that had a great beach house decor and atmosphere.

Review of Cape Coddages II 202

Upon arrival, the unit was very unclean. Our feet were black within a few minutes of walking within the unit, food crumbs were visable in plain sight, a strange white substance was on the couch in various places, dust and dead bugs were everywhere, and a pair of dirty underwear was found behind a door leading me to believe the cleaning was either not done or very poorly done. Having little ones, this was very concerning. Additionally the fridge was not keeping anything cold and the freezer was thawing as it was not closing properly. Upon calling about theses issues, was told I would get a call back to address those the following day. That was unhelpful as we needed food and a clean unit now so after toying the freezer and fridge was able to get working on my own and had to go out to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the unit on my own as we couldn't wait until the following day to have the unit cleaned to liveable standards. We also observed a couple of roaches throughout our stay. Towels and bed linens were clean. During our stay, the beach had dredging occuring directly behind our unit impacting our abilty to use the beach. Had to walk a couple of blocks carrying beach supplies to get to the water. While I understand this is uncontrolable by Itrip or the owners, when I called to ask if some kind of small credit would be given to compensate for the fact that this was not as advertised when we agreed and paid for the unit, I was treated like it was an insane ask to expect some sort of compensation. The unit overall could use some TLC but has the potential to be very nice. Walls were dirty and could use fresh paint. Carpets were very old with rips throughout. Was not what I would expect for the price point. Again, cleanliness is the biggest issue. Unit did have lots of supplies for cooking meals. Unit has no or unusable beach supplies in the shed so bring your own. Unit comes with two reserved spaces (1 covered)
