Loved this condo!
The location of the condo was perfect! It was so nice having the large deck and walkout to the beach. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a slight musty smell in the pantry but it wasn’t so bad we couldn’t use it. Overall, it was a great trip. The condo was amazing and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

beach getaway
This property was clean, however, it had a very musty smell, especially the hall and pantry closets. The longer we stayed, the worse it became. We had to wash every piece of clothing when we returned home, because the musty smell was throughout all of it. The first floor condo was convenient and right on the beach. It also was a nice, quiet area to stay.

Best Time Ever
We arrived February 7th 2026 with the intention of staying One week. By the second day we called and booked another week! This place is amazing! The beach is wonderful and the house is just beautiful!! We are close to everything you can want!! The house was very clean and well stocked to start out. The layout is just perfect! And the view is oh my goodness!! I would live here if I could!! Definitely will come again!

Was great until day 5 when two men moved into the unit above ours. Heavy smokers made it very hard to go out on our deck due to smoke. Smoked well into the early morning. Also loud cursing well into the night disrupted the peace we had enjoyed earlier in the week.

Loved it!!
We recently stayed at this condo and it was absolutely perfect! Loved how easy it was to walk to beach and the little shower on the walkway. Rooms were nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Would love to stay here again and I would highly recommend!!

Our favorite place at the beach
Condo was clean and of course convenient to the beach. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the large balcony. Only issue was a torn screen in the door, we didn't call about. We will be back.

Beach vacation 2023
Great place, 10 minutes from the airport, many updates have been done to the house, the bathrooms need to be updated, they are older and a little small but new paint and fixtures throughout the house are modern and nice, one of the problems is parking, people use the private lot to go to the beach leaving no room for the paying house guest during the day, I wish someone would have those cars towed or at least make them move.
great place overall and would stay there again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years & love the condo. Owner takes care of the place and updates things regularly.
The only complaint is that the master bed box spring is worn and ‘creaks’ every time you move in the night. This was an issue in years past. Replace that & it’s perfect!

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Everything was clean, beds made, and even a basket with extra toilet tissue, laundry & dishwasher detergent, coffee, and many extras. The view was amazing from inside and on the balcony. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and dolphins swim by the comfort of our balcony. We are a family of seven with teenage and adult kids each enjoying the stay very much. It was quiet and relaxing. We found getting around to shows, restaraunts, and shopping to be easy. We appreciated that all the comforts of home were in the condo. We look forward to renting this condo again.

My family had a great time at your condo. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Basic necessities were available to get us started through our time there. The views were fantastic and we loved the straight access to the beach. It was extremely quiet and a great place for our young family. The pictures and description of the location was right on and the help you all gave us prior to our trip with things to do was very helpful! If I could say one thing I wish was different, I would say the pillows on our bed were a tad uncomfortable. However, we could always bring our own pillows next time! Thanks for the great place for our spring break vacation!

July 2022 Surfside Stay
Lighthouse II unit 1 was as advertised. Property was clean upon arrival with all bedding and shower linens available. Property has well stocked kitchen of tooling, pots/pans and dishes for cooking. Loved the large balcony with private beach access for the property. Only slight negative was the musty smell in the food pantry. It was not conducive for storing food, but there was plenty of room within the kitchen cabinetry to accommodate. We would recommend the property and will definitely consider for 2023.

We enjoy so many things about this property that made for an easy decision to select it for our vacation again this year. Upon arrival the property was well cleaned with all bedding and bath towels ready for use.
We love the large balcony where we spend most of our time while not on the beach. The direct, easy access to the beach is a huge plus!
This property would score a five star from us if not for the pantry smell. This was the same for our visit last year. It is simply unusable for storing food items. I hope the ownership will consider a true correction to this vs. masking it with air fresheners. Fortunately, there is additional room within the kitchen cabinets to store dry food items.
Pantry aside, we will certainly rent this property again in 2024.

No Queen Bed- cleaning not good - great view and location
The location and view is 5 star. Condo is right on the beach. The iTrip manager Mandy was helpful when requested a vacuum cleaner. The problem was the beds are not queen as advertised. They are full size. The cleaning is not good. Found several hair on the bed. When we checked in there was a musty smell in the condo. Overall I wanted to give it a 4 star but for about$2700 in the last week of July I think they deserve at least 3.5 star - pricy for what you get. Parking is good. Also the beach toys room on the first floor was not available. Sands on the balcony when we checked in. Overall cleaning needs to be improved.

Work-cation
We were taking a brief work-cation to visit with some friends who have a place in the area. The location was top notch and you have a great view of the sunrise each morning. It was Thanksgiving week and the weather wasn't great for the beach but the porch and direct access would have been amazing with warmer weather.
The property was clean and as pictured. Is a remodel (not brand new construction) so some of the signs of the older bones will come through upon closer inspection (uneven bathroom floor, etc). Nothing bad - just FYI as you can't tell from pictures.
A couple things to be aware of...
1) Many properties may leave dry goods like spices between rentals. All food stuffs are to be removed and you will find no spices, sugar etc stocked in cabinets. So you really must bring or buy any food stuff you need.
2) The listing speaks to the wifi not be great. We clocked the speed and it was extremely slow 1-2 GPS download & upload. However when in range of wifi this was sufficient for us to work via VPN. However the back bedrooms are structurally blocked from getting a good wifi signal and are essentially dead zones. We were hoping to use one as an office while there and the internet signal was unusable in that room so we ended up having to work from the kitchen/dining/living room and/or the master bedroom the whole time.
Overall a great property and we would stay there again.
