「I booked a 2-night stay at this Hotel through Expedia expecting an ocean-view room. At 1 AM check-in I was assigned a 3rd Fl room overlooking the pool instead of the ocean view I had booked. The front desk told me that my name was listed for an upgrade. At 8:00 a.m., I was told to wait until rooms had been cleaned.
