「This was just what we needed, a place to sleep. It was everything you’d have at a hotel. We were on the water throughout the day and ate at local marina. Will stay here again when we can. Great people to work with and communication was great.」

Which starts the vacation off to a bad start,equalling to dishonesty and unethical practice of the renter. HOWEVER that is not true of this place.
