Amanda had so much prepared and setup for easing into our vacation, getting comfortable, having the little things ready for the morning. 「We enjoyed our four nights at the cottage. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had some great touches - like the cabinet lighting in the kitchen and beautiful quartz countertops. The view from the deck was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the seagulls, ducks and geese in the mornings and evenings. The cottage was extremely close to Acadia National Park, allowing us access to multiple trail heads on the quiet side of MDI. Overall, a great stay.」

「This is our second stay. When they say 1 step above camping that is misleading. By that I mean, if you have camped, this is 20 steps above camping. You have a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It has a screened porch, a deck and right on the pond. There are lights and outlets to charge phones and there is service for phones! This is better quality then most hotels for the money with the exception of no running water and outside (clean) bathroom. So, if you see this and you are...

We were only there for 3 nights, and with so much to do in the area, we just didn't have time to take full advantage of everything that Acadia Yurts has to offer (fire pit, wellness center, etc), but we'll definitely plan another (longer) stay there!」
