Gite de Kermativan - Surzur

In this holiday home located on a working farm, come and enjoy a countryside getaway. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjoining a disused stone building, the cottage offers a large garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and private parking. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. There is access to a veranda for a second living area overlooking the garden. A shower room, a laundry room, and a separate WC are also located on this floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with two queen-size beds (160x200cm) and one single bed (90x190cm). A shower room with WC completes this level. Located about fifteen kilometers southeast of Vannes and six kilometers east of the Gulf of Morbihan, Surzur enjoys the privilege of being both rural and coastal. Its charm and tranquility are truly captivating. The sea plays a significant role in Surzur: the oyster farming area and the "Oyster Route" demonstrate the importance of this industry. Its location near the expressway makes it easy to explore the highlights of our beautiful region. Ideally situated in Surzur, at the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, it's the perfect starting point for your excursions. Within a 20-kilometer radius, you can discover some of the must-see sites of Southern Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Damgan, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and islands, the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, and Vannes with its port, ramparts, and historic city center. Consider a visit to Branféré Park for a family outing. In southern Brittany, between sea and countryside, "Le Gîte de Kermativan", this holiday home, ideal for a family opens its doors to you.

    Entre terre et mer ,Une semaine dans le golfe du Morbihan

    Proche de la mer tout en étant en pleine campagne,très bon compromis,gîte propre,bien équipé ,propriétaires très sympas,à l'écoute ....des échanges supers intéressants!!!à recommander aux personnes aimant la nature,la mer....et les gens..merci à toute la famille Grelet!!!
