"Staff was aloof and were over 1.5 hours late to drop off a crib, without any sheets for what was a very long day with a 8 month old and 7 year old. Room was fine, Parking was too, but the hotel atmosphere and staff during check in were horrid, you could tell they were SO DONE being there. Staff during breakfast were sweet and accommodating which was a welcome surprise."
