「Good communication, price, and beautiful lake views. New appliances and an updated, large kitchen with a huge island, which is a nice feature. Overall, though, the place could use some work. 「The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. Couldn't have asked for more including the refrigerator full of IPA's! Now if we just played better on the course.......lol」

「When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...
