Communication and service was lacking at the hotel. Confusing check in for someone not familiar with the process and nearly impossible to speak with a human for help. I called the "front desk" name times and no answer. Left voicemail and no call back. Texted and no response. Lines were extremely long for everything and wait times were outrageous. The slopes were all ice and extremely crowded, people hitting into each other all over the place. Room was decent but no service unless staying 4 days, so you have to try to find the one person at the desk in the store and 2 out of 3 times they're not there for extended periods of time.

Very Nice Hotel

Beautiful resort at the foot of Mountain Creek Ski Resort. It was very interesting because everything is automated from checking in and checking out. There is no front desk but there was someone on duty to answer any question. We were staying there off season to participate in a spartan obstacle course competition.

Just wanted a peaceful getaway with my kids and got that. No Restaurants open when we stayed. Just a convenience store and bar but they do have a kitchen and you can bring stuff to cook but if you are looking to just enjoy and not deal with cooking then that might be a thing to consider. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The pool area was great. Overall a great stay and will definitely go back

Enjoyable family friendly resort for our ski trip. Great convenience to the mountain. Only area that drives me crazy is the lack of front desk and staff. Please move the check/in out of your shop and hire a couple employees to assist.

Room sizes (2 bedroom suite) and decor was great but carpet needed either deep cleaning or replacement. Kitchen floor was dirty. Some furniture was badly nicked as well. Long hallways which could be a problem for people with mobility concerns. Common areas were nice. Beds were comfortable.

Great city escape

Summer stay. Great place to escape from the city. Pool is great and was not crowded despite summer holiday. If you are visiting in winter, the ski lifts are 2 steps from the door.

Worth the trip

The hotel is very nice. They do not have your standard front desk, instead they text you a link to their portal once your room is ready on the day you arrive. There you get your access code and room number. Parking is primarily in an underground garage, though there are a couple of handicapped spaces near the front door. Everything on site is cashless (store, restaurants, and bar). We stayed in a suite with balcony. It was a nice room, with kitchenette. The pool looked good, though I didn't use it. My wife tried it, but the water was cold ( in late July). Overall it was okay. I wasn't impressed by the food, service or prices at the Beer Garden. We were there off season for a wedding. I will say they did a fantastic job for the wedding!
