Everything was fine until i realized the noise from the engine room or central ac. Couldn't sleep at all... Would only give 3 stars. But the location is really close to Lego land, 10 mins drive to the park. Mobile gas station in front of the hotel burger king Wendy's around, Hope the hotel will fix the noise soon otherwise i wouldn't Stay here again

I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at this property. Upon checking in, we discovered that our floor was undergoing active painting and construction. The smell was extremely strong and toxic, making it unsafe—especially as we were traveling with three young children. This situation was not disclosed to us at the time of booking or prior to arrival. We immediately asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room, but were told that no alternative rooms were available. Given the unsafe conditions and strong fumes, we had no choice but to leave the hotel on the very first night and find accommodations elsewhere. This experience was highly distressing and unacceptable. A hotel should not be operating or placing guests in areas with ongoing painting and hazardous odors, particularly without prior notice. I am requesting a full refund for our stay, as well as reimbursement for any additional costs incurred due to having to relocate on such short notice.

As soon as I walked into the hotel I received a welcoming greeting and a smooth check-in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion options provided were a nice touch. There was a variety of options for breakfast. From omelettes to pancakes, breakfast sausage to cereal with fruit or fruit by itself. There were also biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. My toddler was a big fan of the pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The pool area was nice and so was the fitness room. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. However this hotel is under construction and paint fumes in the halls. Thankfully not in the room. The dust from the construction was in the rooms. Vacuuming the carpet would’ve been a good idea. After construction I’m sure this hotel would merit 5 stars.

Clean room house keeping ladies were and is an amazing staff, nice hotel but key cards didn’t work and checking out girl was terrible front desk deanna I think her name she was inhospitable , she’s rude doesn’t know how to talk to people I guess that’s why she doesn’t answer the phones and noncompliant when we ask about late checkout her answer was no we busy full !!! , the breakfast was terrible, the noise from the highway and the next door slamming the door our room shook I pay one night for a business meeting that was delayed a bit and we asked for a couple more hours and was turned down . I’m glad because we won’t be going back!!

We have been several times during the past few years the hotel is in very good condition and the coffee is really good available 24 hours a day the breakfast has several choices that are good the rooms are clean the A/C and heat work great overall great place to stay we come sometimes for a quick weekend getaway from New York City will continue to come back. Great local diner and restaurants.
