「Nice clean rooms.」

「Our stay was terrible. The staff were nice. However, the floor was not maintained or vacuumed, the baseboards were torn out, the room was dirty, the walls were marked up, carpets were stained and gross. Additionally, the pool and spa were closed due to renovation. This is the 3rd stay at a Best Western where they advertise a pool and spa, but either there is no spa or the pool and spa are closed. This is false advertisement and I should get my monies back to make other arrangements. However...

「Hot tub not working, construction ongoing blocking most of parking lot. Boarded up windows, bird crap all around entrance, front desk no help at all.」

「When we walked in, we were greeted by other guests with face tattoos passing by us. I’ve never been in a hotel as an adult that doesn’t provide shampoo, conditioner & lotion along with soap, they just provided 2 bars of soap. The room had several burned out light bulbs, no fridge or microwave, air conditioner did not cool the room at all no matter what it was set at, there was the constant smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallway as well. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, there...

「It was clean enough and staff was friendly」

「Okay hotel. Worn, but good enough. Pool out of order (doesn’t matter to me). Fridge not working, should be removed from the room. Ice machine works, so I was able to use a small cooler. Shower works, but the shower head should be cleaned so that it flows freely. Overall - okay. On the plus side - great location to the central old-town district. No one out and about on the streets the night I was there, but cool place.」

「It’s always great when we stay there we had a very clean room And the breakfast it was OK. I wish they would have different selections of breakfast but otherwise it was good. The staff was great. The water was in the pool was warm. It was nice over. It’s always a good place to stay.」

「Great location right off the highway, 3 or 4 gas stations(loves, pilot and 2 others, sorry I can't remember) all very close (that was a perk for me). Clean rooms, beds were fine. We were just there to crash for a night. Fit our needs.」
