No key no furniture overgrown yard. Look in through the windows there were dead flies all over the place do not rent. I am trying to get my money back we had to get a hotel on top of what it cost to rent this house. Do not rent this property very disappointed that this house is even on vrbo and Expedia haven’t been taken care in 3 or 4 months.

Didn’t get to stay here!
Arrived to an empty house with no way to get in. Host phone number was disconnected and didn’t respond to messages. VRBO was awful and still has not helped me. I had to spend way more money to find alternative lodging last second. I’m pissed!

We got there , there was no lock box to get in but doesnt really matter since looking through the windows there was no furniture or appliances. Grass was overgrown on the out side . Not sure if this was a scam or owners failed to let VRBO/expedia know that they were no longer renting their property out. Either way it ruined our trip we couldnt find anywhere else to stay with our two dogs so we ended up driving all that way for nothing we wasted our gas ,time, and money . We ended up driving back home . My kids were so upset and so were we.

Showed up to check in and the door lock pad wouldn't work the place had no furnishings at all tried to call host and the number didn't work. Messaged through the VRBO site and no response. Think it is a total SCAM

Perfect stay!
What a wonderful stay in Sutherlin this weekend with my family. The home was tidy and welcoming. Bright and well equipped kitchen for everyday meal prep. Cozy living room with comfortable couches. Bedrooms were clean with plenty of storage for clothes. Nice proximity to the highway and local eateries. Super responsive host - Jimmy answered all my questions promptly. We will stay again!

Not what I expected
There were some initial problems which I overlooked, but when I had 3 nights left to stay I came home to find no running water. This meant no toilets or showers or drinking water. I texed the host, but didn't hear back so I called VRBO. They tried to get hold of the owner, but no reply. I was told we had to give the owner 2 hrs to respond, so I moved into a motel. 2jrs later I called back and still no reply so they opened a case file. The next day the host texted with an apology and promised to take care of my refund for my last 3 nights. I"ve been home for 2 weeks and no refund or reply. I try not to be negative, but this really stressed me out and added much more expense to my trip. I wouldn't recommend this location or VRBO to anyone.

Great place!! Newly remodeled!
This was such a cute little house! Very clean and newly renovated interior! We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying here. Some of the exterior was still being worked on, but was not a problem for us and did not impede our ability to come and go! We were there during the hottest and driest time of year, so the grass and yard were dry, but have tons of potential! The owner was extremely easy to work with and well accommodating! I would recommend staying here, and will hopefully go back and stay again!
