「We loved our stay here! Clean and had a great sleep. Brilliant price for somewhere to stay close to York. Carpark was a little full and some bad parking meant it was a space down, but not the owners fault. Highly recommend for an affordable cute little getaway! Would definitely return」

「Situated in a picture postcard little village, everything about the hotel was top notch, the decor throughout and our room was tasteful and modern, everything was spotless and clean. The food was excellent, I had the fish platter which I would highly recommend. Staff were attentive and polite, it's a five stars from me」

「A wonderful, clean,air condtioned room and staff can be contacted 24/7 if any problems. Bed was very comfortable and being left a small bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Parking was no problem at all in front of buillding. Did have any food but all looked lovely. Would definately recommend.」

「地理位置很好，旁邊就是大教堂，從火車站過去只要向著大教堂方向走就很容易找得到。接待態度很好，離開房間需要交下門匙，另外窗關不了，早上6時開始就會很嘈吵，但還可接受。沒有風扇或冷氣，下午熱得很，但晚上就還好。沒有電梯，要搬行李上房。」

「干净的床铺，整洁的房间，热情好客的主人（女主人名叫Lily），在厨房里开心的烤着香肠和鸡，在开满鲜花的小院里分享，这是我们一家人在本次英伦之行最温馨的回忆。如果是自驾，酒店位置不错，离镇中心十几分钟车程，傍晚有晚霞、清晨有日出，还有肖恩羊，都是摄影爱好者的最爱。So, everything is very good!」

「Really great hotel with so much attention to detail. Record players in the room and a huge selection of records is a really nice touch. The Radio was on when we arrived to our room and the Pantry is generous & a really unique touch. Canadian lady on the Bar was knowledgeable & super friendly (Pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the extensive bar menu was priced). Just really really cool & great location.」

「Clean, comfortable room in a location giving easy access to the centre of York. Not really for 4 grown up people though. More like 3. Perhaps 2 adults and 2 children would've been OK. The second bed was small. 」
