I totally enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lami — this was my third time staying here and I really loved it. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff, including the security guard, were all very friendly, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I also absolutely loved the view from the room. The bathroom was a little leaky at times, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Other than that, the room was very clean and well maintained, and room service was good and efficient.

My wife and I have stayed at the Novotel Lami a few times now and can't find ourselves staying anywhere else. We love the location, facilities, food and especially the employees whom we have built a rapport with.
