「Jules and Shaman were ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is that there were gnats in my room. After a few days I couldn’t take it any more and changed to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had gnats as well. Jules sprayed my room, and it helped but did not eliminate the issue.
