“We chose this location for convenience and that they are pet friendly. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The water pressure is hardly there. The towels are so old that they are thin. The bathroom and tub have rusted and ware marks. The beds were clean though the mattresses need to be replaced. The mini fridge is so old that the paint is peeling. “The room was upgraded and saved in money so starting off our trip was nice, we were put in the Mountain Dew room. It was nice. Two big beds(did eat the floor space) but it was comfy. Rooms were recently renovated after Helen and they did a good job. Bath rooms were nice, and clean. There is no daily turn down service, but all you have to do is ask for more toilet paper and trash bags, the owner dose a great job hooking you up. “Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.”

“While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan……

“Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

“The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.”
