"This is the second time I've stayed here. I stayed in the main building this time. I was really delighted to find a washing machine in the unit, and suprised to find a cooking hob-which was a wonderful. (They are upgrading, and I wonder if this is part of it.) I loved everything about the room, including the large window. Which had frosted windows for privacy and Blackout blinds. There is the 24 hour launderette downstairs, which is so convenient. The wider area has a lot of eateries, I just find it kind of sketchy. It is however convenient but there seems to be is a lot of drunkeness in this area. (The immediate area in the hotel vicinity is calm, no worries.) Its a short walk to Suwon Station and the Maesan market. Again the shopping is great, as well as the choice of eateries. If you want to visit the Fort you can catch a bus, I walked. It took about 13 to 20 mins. I didn't try the breakfast, but in all honesty I really can't fault the place. It's clean, comfortable and convenient."

"The Arte Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. Well appointed with nice modern artworks on the walls. The staff spoke good English & were so happy & helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds & sitting space.We were especially grateful for the valet parking & prompt retrieval of our car. I would stay here again & although the area is a little colourful the Arte Hotel is a cut above. Will recommend to other travellers. "

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "

"The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners."
