My stay at this hotel was great. It was close to everything I was looking for. And the staff there is very kind and attentive too. I used the bell service for my luggage on my last day, the staff there went above and beyond helping me arranging the best accommodation. Thank you again! The room is clean and nice. However, this doesn’t fit for family traveling. The bat is very small. It is twin size and with Two twin bed there’s a barely any room for you. Put your luggage open. Period.

Early check in

3 pm check in rule was very strict. Got tgere 245pm to check in and planed to go Seouland. They are not flexible even 1 minute. They didn't offer room upgrade. Tgey said there are free bath robe but I didn't see them in the room. Staff at the front was not friendly.
