Quiet, great views of the city, and super-convenient to access Namba station and restaurants. They let us check in early due to our Expedia status, which was a really nice surprise! The rooms are well equipped with a variety of toiletries, and you can request skin care products at the desk The only thing I didn't love was always having to take 2 elevators, since the hotel doesn't start until the 22nd floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful - spoke Japanese to them and they replied in Japanese (unlike others who want to try practicing their English with foreigners).
Within walking distance to Dōtonbori and Amemura, but itself situated on a quieter road. Easy to get to train stations nearby.
Bed had a comfy mattress. Free refills of tea and coffee left in our room every day.
The room itself was a bit cramped though, with no space under the bed to store luggage.

The room is well equipped with kitchen utensils and equipment. Laundry is will equipped with basket and hangers and iron. Staff are very helpful, and assisted with adjusting heat and ventilation.
