Welcome to this holiday home in Drôme Provençale of 230m², located in the heart of the village of Suze-la-Rousse, just a stone's throw from the Medieval Castle.



This spacious and bright seasonal rental is perfect for a family stay or with friends. Enjoy the charm of a Provençal house with a private pool, enclosed garden, inner courtyard and 5 comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms.



On 3 levels, this village house with garden includes:



On the ground floor:

- A warm living room with direct access to the enclosed garden, fitted terrace and private swimming pool (5x2.5m, flat bottom)

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, with access to the pool terrace and a shaded inner courtyard, with a barbecue for your outdoor meals



Upstairs:

- 3 double rooms with queen-size beds (160cm)

- 1 bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room

- 1 master bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom + private toilet

- 1 dormitory room with 4 bunk beds (90cm) - ideal for children or teenagers



Located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this holiday home in Suze-la-Rousse is a must-stop on the Côtes du Rhône Wine Route. The village is famous for its 12th-century castle, which houses the Wine University, a unique oenological centre in Europe.

Maison en tout point conforme à la description. La maison est fraîche, les pièces spacieuses et très agréables. Tout le nécessaire est disponible sur place. L’espace repas repos et piscine n’est pas très grand mais très agréable et la cour supplémentaire avec la plancha très appréciable également. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l’équipe de l’agence immobilière. Merci
