Villa Slavica ZadarVillas

This modern luxury villa is located only 350 m away from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. With its spectacular view is the ideal place for your next vacation. Villa Slavica is placed in a charming coastal village called Sv. Filip I Jakov and offers its guests a beautiful interior and a spacious exterior with private pool.

Villa Slavica has 5 bedrooms, 2 of them on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. There are 5 bathrooms and a toilet. Villa can accommodate up to 10 people. In the living room you can play a game of billiards while the rest of your family enjoys a sauna or home gym. Children can have fun with PlayStation 4 or enjoy in a game of ping pong or darts.

The exterior of villa Slavica offers many different activities for all ages. In addition to the private pool surrounded by sun loungers, there is also an outdoor jacuzzi for extra relaxation. From the jacuzzi you can watch the children playing on the playground, and there is also an outdoor dining area to enjoy shared meals from the grill. The property is surrounded by a high wall so you will have total privacy. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday with an addition of amazing panoramic view!

Sv. Filip i Jakov is a place surrounded by the historic city of Zadar and the royal city of Biograd, surrounded by 4 national parks and a nature park. A place by the sea overlooking the island of Pasman and countless small islets. Come and enjoy the natural beauties of the Dalmatian coast!

Nice house and a great location

The house was very spacious with a great variety of accommodations. The location was also very nice, it is close to the supermarket and the center of town. Taking one of the bikes on top of the hills is also a must. The view is amazing.
