Villa Arta, Kastelir

We loved our stay in the Villa Arta in Kaštelir. The House is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need during vacation and a beautyful view. It wasn‘t that easy to go there because the Villa isn‘t in Vošteni, like in the Description. But the owner was very helpful and friendly. You can‘t walk to the Beach from the Villa, but you can see the ocean. There is a small super market in a few 100 Meters up the hill with good opening Hours and a nice Restaurant. We would love to stay again in this beautyful House with a great Pool.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lager

Ein tolles Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung. Ausreichend für 2 Familien. Ein weiteres Bad/WC wäre wünschenswert. Die Räume sind modern und wurden frisch renoviert. Etwas ungewöhnlich sind die vielen Accessoires. Ob Kunst, oder Trödel muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Etwas weniger wäre hier durchaus angebracht. Die Pflanzen sind vom Mieter zu gießen und auch der Pool benötigt etwas pflege, was aber keinen großen Aufwand bedeutet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und bei Bedarf auch schnell vor Ort. Zwei Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Vinothek und ein Olivenölhersteller sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mehr Möglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort. Insgesamt ein schöne Urlaubslokation.
