"We returned to Hotel Agava for another two-night stay. I must now downgrade the good review I gave them on Dec. 4. Once again, the biggest problem was their refusal to honor my request for 3:30pm check-out, despite the fact that the hotel was almost empty. "Everything was good in its price. Friendly staff, free parking. The hotel is clean and cozy, and there was a restaurant also on the first floor, with very delicious Khinkali and other Georgian food also. The cleaners also washed and ironed my clothes."

"The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C.
