Villa Rahela is a rustic holiday home of 200 m² situated on a 719 m² plot, featuring a heated pool. The house is decorated in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern furniture and is located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat.The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with shower, and a storage room. Upstairs, a hallway leads to four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while an additional bathroom is available for the other three bedrooms.Each room is air-conditioned, and heating is available via pellets/fireplace or air conditioning. The outdoor area features a large heated pool of 40 m², a summer kitchen with fireplace, and a garden. The property is enclosed with a high hedge ensuring complete privacy.Villa Rahela is an excellent base for exploring Istria and its cultural and natural beauties. Nearby are Rovinj, known for its old town and beaches; Poreč, with the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica and a rich tourist offer; and Pula, famous for its Roman amphitheater and cultural events. Distances: post office 5100m, gas station 11400m, restaurant 5100m, shop 3300m, center 3300m, sea 17000m, beach 17000m, airport 27900m.

Gutes Ferienhaus

Die Villa hat einen guten Gesamteindruck vermittelt. Beim genauen Hinsehen hat man dann jedoch einige Mängel entdeckt. Die Villa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einiger Instandhaltungen, wie lose Steckdosen im Wohnbereich, verschlissener Silikonfugen im Duschbereich oder auch porösen Fugen im Pool. Die Innenwände müssten auch einmal von den Mückenresten gereinigt werden. In der Summe war es aber ein komfortabeler Aufenthalt mit einer Menge Platz für eine große Reisegruppe.
