「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. 「We had a small problem on arrival ending up with a room on the top floor, this turned out to be a booking problem via home and away as the booking isn’t instant with the property. However this was soon resolved by the excellent on site staff and we had a ground floor room the next day.great place.」

「Chosen room was confirmed twice. Upon arrival I realised there were no entry instructions in the email. I contacted the name listed, who sent an email with instructions.
