「The amenities were poorly maintained. The heating didn't work overnight one night; we only got a response and assistance the following morning. The shower was broken; it didn't attach to the wall, and the water pressure was no more than a trickle. The airing cupboard door was not fixed on the hinges and fell off onto my daughter's head. The TV, Netflix specifically, didn't work. The cleanliness was substandard. For example, the cutlery in the drawer was dirty, and the sofa smelled bad.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The hut was tastefully decorated and had all the home comforts. The only advice is, as with all wood fired hot tubs is that it takes roughly 3-4 hours to heat up. But it’s worth it! 」

「What a great evening, staff, the ambience, and the site's adorable stay. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. In addition to everything, the woman on call was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely need a second visit.」
