A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help. An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !! Even though we only stayed for one night after a long flight we had a fantastic time. Thank you all once again. 🙏"

"Excellent! Very clean rooms and confirms the Radisson brand to be off highest excellence. Added bonus is that there is a liquor shop downstairs at this hotel and therefore all non resident Indians (NRI) can benefit from purchasing liquor licence between 12 and 7pm. Drinks consumed in room"

"The room offered was no where close to the photographs shown on booking website. The location is also not convenient. The old ancient time property. Room offered was on 2nd floor. No lift and staircase steps are very small and dangerous. Linen was not clean and of poor quality. No TV, No Hot Water Kettle, No Table and Chair in the room. The room layout is also inconvenient. No food service for last minute emergency. The numbers given on website are not reachable. Does not found the place safe, convenient and friendly. Uneducated and very less staff. Overall experience was very bad and left the property in hurry within 15 mins. from the check in. "
