Yes it is an older Hotel. It has become so old that it is very Niche. Walls filled with hay, beautifully aged even with the odd cracked tile. It is a hotel that you can stay at and know that it is exactly what it is. Bed is great for those with sore backs as it is a nice firm mattress. All in all a pleasure to stay at and I look forward to staying there again next time I am stranded in town because Ford couldn't fix a car as agreed and left me stranded in town.

Location - great!! Walking distance to everything. But - The noise in room # 1 was so bad... Between the constant road noise and very loud water system noises that happened at least every half hour all through the night waking us all up every time - it was a restless stay, especially for the price. Old fashioned and retro style room, clean beds, some things were good, some things weren't.. It was okay. But we wouldn't stay again, at least not in this room.
