"Hotel certainly not ready for travelers. Had to find off street parking in heavy rain just to check in. Next day, shower did not work. Had to shower in another room. No coffee avail at the hotel. Should not have been open with the lack of expected amenities."

"The property was old and needs a big update! There was no option to even purchase a bottle of water, shelves by bathroom sink were very very dirty, the floor didn't feel clean, found a small bug in the bed.... not sure what it was."

"We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom townhome. It was very nice and spacious. Everything looked updated and very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Staff during check-in was very nice and welcoming. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room."
