Nice location

The house has a great layout and was very spacious for our group. The property could definitely use some TLC. Furniture could use a cleaning or be replaced and the house could use a deep clean.

Exceeding Expectations Lake , spoke for itself the name was very fitting

The place was more than we expected my family & myself enjoyed it so much they didn’t want to leave and they can’t wait to return again was very clean , spacious & very comfortable would love to make this our new vacation tradition.5 Stars Michelle Herbert & Family

Guys Trip

This property was perfect for our guys getaway. The location was close to everything and the house gave us exactly the spot we needed. If we ever had back we will definitely try to stay here.

NYE 2024

Went up to bring in the new year with family and friends. Overall, the house was great and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Convenient location to get to Wisp. We couldn’t figure out the one TV in the 1st floor master bedroom. Would definitely rent it again - really enjoyed bringing in 2025!

This house is amazing!! It’s huge and was perfect for our girls winter getaway. The water has a rotten smell to it which I am assuming is the well. But other than that we had no complaints. The indoor pool is incredible. The whole room is heated like a sauna which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice home in great location

House was as described. Rooms very nice having private bathrooms for every bedroom. One bedroom on top floor had no closet. In accommodated my family well. Did not get a lot of use from the pool as they seemed to come daily and add chemicals. Water was cloudy when we first arrived. It would be great to be able to access the outdoor fire pit area from the pool. Was a pain to have to walk upstairs and around to get outside. Decks were great. Kitchen was wonderful. One ice maker not working. When we arrived carpet by laundry room was soaked. We did call maintenance and they seemed to know exactly what the cause was. They did come the next day with huge fans and dehumidifier that ran constantly very loud. Be aware there was no paper towels, hand or dish soap, dishwasher detergent to get started. All in all I would recommend this home to families with large groups. Minor things but we did enjoy our stay.

Exceeding Expectations

Having the pool made the week great along with being able to spend time with family. It was also great to have so many bathrooms - no waiting... Boat & kayak access to Deep Creek Lake was not easily done from the house location & there was a boat in the slip we were assigned the entire week.

Great house, repairs needed.

The house was large enough for all our guests and the pool was a nice addition. However, there were quite a few "little things" that needed repair. Broken ice maker in one refrigerator, broken screen door lying on deck, no remote for one TV in bedroom on main level, leaking toilet, trickling showers, broken chairs at firepit, etc. Some items were fixed while we were there, but many were not. The house looks like its rented for the whole summer. Property manage would do better to close it for a week, make all the repairs and then renters may be happier. We did not let the small stuff ruin our trip though. We had a great time.
