We loved the community that the house is located in. The layout of the house is also very nice. We unfortunately did not have any hot water during our stay there. The first time we called maintenance it was on the emergency line and no one returned our call. The following morning I called and spoke with someone and that afternoon a maintenance representative came to our house and reset the thermostat. This unfortunately did not solve the issue. The following morning, I called maintenance again. No one came to the house. The following morning, a representative from a heating and cooling company came to the house and replace the thermostat. This yet again did not solve the issue. I was also surprised at how many cobwebs and spiderwebs were within the windows in the house. The banister on the deck was also relatively loose, which made me nervous having little ones there.
