"We arrived the express train - use terminal 5 stop. The hotel signs point the way - quick & convenient. We used the stay for an earlier flight the next morning - perfect for what needed. Breakfast was filling and the hours accommodated our 4:30am schedule. "

"Terrible! The hotel was looked when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the night so I was looked out for about 20 minutes before they let me in. Terrible! And my complain was ignored the day after when I checked out."

"Perfect location with easy access to public transportation. Lovely view over the city from the High Bar on the 9th floor. Downstairs bar offers good simple food and the fish restaurant adjacent to the hotel is one of Stockholm’s best.Try the ”Regnbågen” fish, it’s superb!"

"The hotel room is aesthetically pleasing. It had useful essentials like iron and hair dryer but was missing other things like shower cap, earbuds etc. Lovely staff, although no one picked up when I called the reception. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Overall, it a decent hotel."

"I booked thos hotel for a group of donors on an international trip. This was the final hotel of the trip and after incredible hotels this was a let down. The rooms and location were fantastic. The big issue was that the hotel had been booked out by a big group the next day meaning that NONE of the advertised amenities were available or at least we're not available the advertised hours. Even the breakfast was shortened. The biggest issue was that we had specifically picked this hotel to use the luggage storage so that we could get out to do an early morning group tour then pick up bags to head to the airport. Instead, the group spent well over $500 storing luggage at the train station down the road after having to check out much earlier than expected. While the staff were kind about the issue, this was a huge additional and unexpected expense and inconvenience for my company and the donors. You would think that a hotel getting paid enough to shut down all amenities for other paying guests could also help to compensate those guests for a less than desirable experience, but alas."
