「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Such a great experience from start to finish! We stayed over a weekend Thursday till Sunday so we experienced the bustling weekend crowd in the wine bar and restaurant. Had so much fun. Staff is so lovely. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Excellent area for eating and drinking. Quick walk to bus or subway if leaving the neighborhood. Uber very easy to take if needed, use Uber XL for groups up to 6, easy peasy!

Staff was always friendly and greeted us everytime they saw us. The included breakfast was great as well. Our room was a great size for the 2 of us and was very clean and comfortable. "The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby.
However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning."
