「We booked our trip for the state fair. We checked in shortly before midnight. Got to our room, turned on the light and baby bugs scattered everywhere! They were baby ROACHES!! Crawling all over the top of the dresser. Not to mention when we got to the room it was so hot, the air had not been turned on for us. We have never experienced roaches is our hotel before. 「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」
