This place was DREADFUL from start to finish! When I showed up she tried to charge me $10 per kid .. I'm like that's ridiculous I've taken them ALL over the world and never had to PAY extra for having my kids in the room... So we get thru that and she found out I booked third party and was non refundable..she tried everything to just get me off the property. I said no if it's non refundable job cancellable give me a key I need to go check for bugs... She got SO offended and was screaming for me to leave. VERY VERY rude and sketchy Devan Patel on the front office..then I get down the road to a Super 8 and he goes out yeah she's like that ALL the time she just upsets people and runs them off. This reads as a GIANT scam as Expedia is saying I won't get my money back but I WILL BE going thru the bank. I will not be paying for a service I didn't receive because the front desk lady is insufferable! This made me never wanna use Expedia again. They don't stand by the customer and have awful hotels in here.

When we arrived, albeit late, there was nobody at the desk. I called out-got no answer. I filled out the online form, after I had waited for at least 15 minutes, finally called the phone number. A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.) In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.

My 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Sorry place to stay

The place was a mess, yes they were doing some repairs to it however there was no seal under the door entrance to the room and rain came in so had to use a towel to stop the water coming in over the sill. In fact the only thing good about the entire experience was it was a very comfortable bed. loud compressor on the A/C unit. No one at the front desk and had to call the number to get some one up front to check in. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.
